ENTERPRISES in Shenzhen that fail to meet work safety regulations will be fined up to 50,000 yuan (US$7,265), according to a draft regulation that is seeking suggestions from the public.
The persons in charge of work safety will also be fined 3,000 to 5,000 yuan for failing to implement work safety rules.
